Remove DC Offset and Find Nearest Zero Crossing

For a truly precise cutting, please add the following 2 options:

1) Remove DC Offset (recenter the waveform on the horizontal axis)

2) Find Nearest Zero Crossing Point before and/or after the in/out points (no audible click then, because fade in/out is not always desired)

Only when DC Offset is removed, can a file be edited correctly.
